How do I check in, and what is the Boarding Pass?

All our properties offer convenient self-check-in. Upon booking confirmation and payment, you’ll receive a email containing a link to our digital guest guide, called the 'Boarding Pass'.

This guide includes:

• A Map icon for pinpointing the property’s location on Google Maps.
• A Check-in Instructions button with step-by-step guidance to the front door, including access codes or key lockbox codes for retrieving keys and unlocking the door.
• Options to purchase upgrades like early check-ins, late check-outs, or mid-stay cleaning services.
• Helpful guides on Wi-Fi access, operating amenities, and recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and must-visit attractions.
